Entrepreneurial Achievement
An entrepreneur must be ready to use any means to ensure the successful launch of a new business. That means focusing intensely on achievement.
Although the Tree identified for typical employees must apply broadly, the employee's tension of personal preferences v demands of duty is simply too weak to drive a start-up business. Successful entrepreneurs are fully identified with the business, so the permeating conflict they experience is:
● demands of the business (D)
versus
● personal principles in doing business (P)
In the diagrams below, formulae use D and P (and B for balanced) to designate the required Centres.
Because the energizing dynamic duality is different, there will be some modification of all the Centres. Channel names have been left unchanged, but they can be expected to operate somewhat differently.
This Tree is for entrepreneurs, those who work for themselves and their investors.
